Abstract

An electric drive unit (1, 1a..1e) is disclosed, which comprises a housing (2a..2e), an electric motor (3) and a coupled gear unit (4) in the housing (2a..2e), an electric power converter (5, 5a..5f) for the electric motor (3) on or in the housing (2a..2e) and a drive unit oil channel (6) in the housing (2a..2e) at least in the region of the electric motor (3) for cooling the same. Moreover, the electric drive unit (1, 1a..1e) comprises a water oil plate heat exchanger (7, 7a..7g), which a) is mounted on or integrated in the housing (2a..2e) of the electric drive unit (1, 1a..1e) or b) is mounted on the electric power converter (5, 5a..5f). In addition, the invention relates to a vehicle (30) with such an electric drive unit (1, 1a..1e).
