Abstract

Compound with the following formula I: <img class="EMIRef" id="5d8d3817-00ad-4bb2-95aa-644f728d675a-ia01" /> wherein - R1 represents O or NH, - R2 represents a linear, branched or cyclic alkyl comprising from 1 to 8 carbon atoms, possibly interrupted by a group selected from -O-, -S-, -(C=O)-, NH and possibly being substituted by one or more halogens; an alkylene comprising from 1 to 8 carbon atoms and possibly being substituted by one or more halogens, a phenyl or an arylene, - R3, R4 and R5 represent independently -H, a halogen, a linear or branched alkyl comprising from 1 to 8 carbon atoms, possibly being substituted by one or more halogens, CN, -NO<2>, OX<1> with X<1> being selected from -H, linear or branched alkyl comprising from 1 to 8 carbon atoms, possibly being substituted by one or more halogens, COOR6, OCOR6, SO2NR6R7, NR6R7, NR6COR7, or OR6, with R6 and R7 being identical or different and R6 and R7 representing H or an alkyl comprising from 1 to 8 carbon atoms, and its use as a medicament.
