Abstract
A water separator (32) for use in an environmental control system (20) of an aircraft includes a body having a first upstream end (44), a second downstream end (48), and plurality of fluidly distinct flow channels (46) extending between the first upstream end and the second downstream end. A flow of medium provided to the water separator is configured to flow through the plurality of fluidly distinct flow channels in parallel.
