Abstract
Provided are a white balance adjustment jig (10, 60, 80) for an endoscope and a white balance adjustment method for an endoscope that enable appropriate white balance adjustment for any of a plurality of types of endoscopes. A white balance adjustment jig for an endoscope includes: an insertion portion (11) that includes at least one insertion hole into which a distal end part (14a) of an endoscope is inserted; a lid portion (12, 62, 82) that is disposed to face the insertion portion (11); and an outer peripheral portion (13, 63) that is in contact with the insertion portion (11) and the lid portion (12, 62, 82) to form an internal space. The lid portion (12, 62, 82) includes a chart (18) having a plurality of marks on a surface on an insertion portion side, and the chart (18) is inclined with respect to a perpendicular plane perpendicular to the insertion direction of the distal end part.
