Abstract

A liquid ejection head (3) including a recording element substrate (10) configured with a liquid ejection port, the liquid ejection head (3) including: a first positioning member (31) configured with a first positioning part including a recess portion (41) opening in a direction of liquid ejection; and a second positioning member (32) configured with a second positioning part, which includes a groove portion (42) opening in the direction of liquid ejection and extending towards the first positioning member (31), and a third positioning part, which includes a flat plane portion (43) substantially parallel to the recording element substrate.
