Abstract

The invention relates to aqueous suspensions, their production and use as accelerators for minerl binders, the suspensions comprising a) 5 - 65 w%, relative to the total weight of the aqueous suspension, of calcium hydroxide in the form of suspended nanoparticles, b) optionally at least one organic compound for stabilizing the aqueous suspension, and c) at least one salt of alkali metal or alkaline earth metal, preferably at least one of hydroxide, nitrate, nitrite, phosphate, phosphite, sulfate, thiocyanate, carbonate, bicarbonate, silicate, aluminate, formate, acetate, lactate, citrate, tartrate, and/or gluconate of alkali metal or alkaline earth metal.
