Abstract
Polymer compositions that include self-migrating germicidal additives are described. The germicidal additive can be fluorinated and be dispersed throughout a polymer matrix and on a surface of the polymer composition. The fluorinated germicidal additive can include a support connected to a germicidal metal compound and a hydrophobic fluorinated ligand.
