Abstract

The invention relates to a method for marking a material, for example for purposes of authentication and/or traceability of said material, notably batches generated.The said marking method comprises:- a step of supplying a marking composition chosen among molecular tags, and- a step of incorporating said marking composition into said material.And, according to the invention, said marking composition comprises particles, advantageously remaining intact after incorporation in said material, which comprise:- a homogeneous porous matrix which comprises a plurality of pores,- an information support added to said homogeneous porous matrix, wherein said information support consists of a polymer comprising an information sequence, and- a particle surface having a coating with at least one fluidizing agent, suitable for promoting uniform dispersion of said particles within said material.
