Abstract
An object of the present invention is to avoid an increase in the number of detecting portions, and to provide a wide detection area of a detecting portion detecting an obstacle. A yarn threading robot 4 includes a robot main body 31, a movable portion 32, and a detecting portion 41b. The robot main body 31 is provided in front of spun yarn take-up machines 3, and able to run in a left-right direction. The movable portion 32 is able to perform yarn threading by moving in a predetermined movable area (an area in which the movable portion 32 is movable). The detecting portion 41b is able to detect an object in a predetermined first detection area A1. At least a part of the detecting portion 41b protrudes forward as compared to a front end of the robot main body 31.
