Abstract

The present invention refers to a medical device, in particular for carrying out an intracorporal, preferably endoluminal and/or endocavitary, vacuum therapy inside a patient's body, comprising - a first flexible tube having a proximal end portion and a distal end portion and - a second flexible tube having a proximal end portion and a distal end portion, wherein the first flexible tube is adapted to insert an endoscope into a patient's body and the second flexible tube is adapted to insert a fluid drainage device, in particular a fluid drainage device being at least partially or sectionally surrounded by a sheath, into a patient's body, wherein the fluid drainage device is adapted to drain body fluids, and wherein the first flexible tube and the second flexible tube are connected or joined to each other lengthwise. Further, the present invention refers to a medical kit, in particular for carrying out an intracorporal, preferably endoluminal and/or endocavitary, vacuum therapy comprising the medical device.
