Abstract
Described is a cryogenic valve comprising a first chamber (3) with an orifice (2), second chamber (4), a housing (9) with a third chamber (5) and a fourth chamber (6), and a plunger (1) extending in an axial direction from the first chamber through the second chamber to or into the third chamber wherein the plunger is movable in the axial direction in order to open or close the orificeand a method to use this cryogenic valve.
