Abstract

Systems, devices, and methods for determining a condition of a subject during cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) are described herein. In an example method, a measurement of a physiological parameter of an individual is filtered and/or gated based on identifying a treatment administered to the individual. A condition of the subject is identified based on filtering and/or gating the physiological parameter. The example method can be implemented into a mechanical chest compression device or another portable medical device. Together, the methods can improve the monitoring and treatment of subjects receiving CPR.
