Abstract

It is disclosed a family of ligands of GPVI of formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof:as well as compositions comprising the same, for use as antiplatelet agents, in the prevention and/or treatment of thrombosis, as well as pathologies associated to thrombus formation such as: ischemic stroke, atherosclerosis, coronary artery disease or myocardial infarction, and, as well, as pharmacological tool for in-vitro inhibition studies interfering with platelet activation mediated by GPVI.
