Abstract

A coalescing tube bundle elbow (102, 200, 300, 400) for a water collector includes an inlet end (114, 202, 302, 402), an outlet end (120, 206, 306, 406), and a body section (116, 204, 304, 404) fluidly connecting the inlet and outlet ends. The inlet end (114, 202, 302, 402) can receive a fluid flow in an at least partially gaseous state in an incoming direction. The outlet end (120, 206, 306, 406) can discharge the fluid flow in an at least partially liquid state in an outgoing direction. The body section (116, 204, 304, 404) can condense at least a portion of the fluid flow from a gaseous state into a liquid state. The body section (116, 204, 304, 404) includes channels which are defined by channel walls and which extend along the body section (116, 204, 304, 404) from the inlet end (114, 202, 302, 402) to the outlet end (120, 206, 306, 406), and has a curved profile such that the outgoing direction of the fluid flow is not parallel to the incoming direction of the fluid flow.
