Abstract

A mechanical dissuasion device (68) includes a sleeve body (114) forming a cylindrical body portion (118), a first tab (120), a second tab (122), and opposing fastener (116) mounts. The cylindrical body portion (118) extends circumferentially about a center axis (88). The cylindrical body portion (118) extends circumferentially between and to a first circumferential end (130) and a second circumferential end (132). The cylindrical body portion (118) extends axially between and to a first axial end (126) and a second axial end (128). The first tab (120) is disposed at the first axial end (126). The first tab (120) extends radially inward from the cylindrical body portion (118). The second tab (122) is axially spaced from the first axial end (126) and the second axial end (128). The second tab (122) extends radially inward from the cylindrical body portion (118). The opposing fastener mount portions (124) include a first fastener mount portion (124A) and a second fastener mount portion (124B). The first fastener mount portion (124A) is disposed at the first circumferential end (130). The second fastener mount portion (124B) is disposed at the second circumferential end (132).
