Abstract

The invention relates to a circuit board (10) with at least one mounting position (11) for a surface mounted component (12), wherein the surface mounted component (12) is a bottom terminated component, wherein the mounting position (11) comprises a central solder pad (13). The circuit board (10) comprises at least one through-hole (14) in central solder pad (13), wherein the surface (15) of the at least one through-hole (14) is non-conductive.
