Abstract
The need for a liquid hand dishwashing detergent composition comprising lactic acid, having improved antimicrobial efficacy is met by formulating the composition with an anionic surfactant comprising sulfonated anionic surfactant and alkyl sulfated anionic surfactant, wherein the alkyl sulfated anionic surfactant has an average degree of alkoxylation of less than 0.1.
