Abstract

A main spindle device (1) for a machine tool including a rotary joint (60) configured by a distributor fixedly provided to a frame and a shaft provided to be non-rotatable to a main spindle. The rotary joint (60) is configured by a first rotary joint part (70) and a second rotary joint part (80) that are continuous in an axis line direction of a main spindle (20). The first rotary joint (70) is the other end side of the frame and is configured by a first distributor (72) having a shaft shape and a first shaft (71) having a cylindrical shape, and the second rotary joint (80) is configured by a second distributor (81) having a cylindrical shape and a second shaft (82) having a shaft shape.
