Abstract
Provided are a temperature measurement assembly and a cooking apparatus. The temperature measurement assembly includes: a bearing plate, where a first side of the bearing plate is provided with a bearing region; a heat-conducting sheet arranged on a second side of the bearing plate, where the heat-conducting sheet is attached to the bearing plate; a heating coil arranged on a side of the heat-conducting sheet away from the bearing plate, where the heating coil is provided with a plurality of positioning grooves; and a plurality of temperature-sensing members arranged on the second side of the bearing plate, where an end of each temperature-sensing member abuts against the heat-conducting sheet; where the heat-conducting sheet is provided with a plurality of positioning columns extending in a thickness direction of the bearing plate, and the positioning columns match the positioning grooves, and the heat-conducting sheet and the heating coil are assembled.
