Abstract

A destination proposal system (100) according to this invention includes a condition acquirer (21a) that acquires a desired condition(s) (40) of a desired destination (30), and information on a current location (41) through the mobile terminal (1); a destination selector/transmitter (21b) that randomly selects a destination as the destination (30) from a plurality of destination candidates (31) based on the desired condition(s) (40) and the information on the current location (41), and transmits the destination (30) selected to the mobile terminal (1); and a destination arrival determiner (21c) that determines whether the user arrives at the destination (30) transmitted.
