Abstract

[Problem]To provide a work machine in which an insufficient driving force of an axle and a working unit is less likely to occur, or a work machine in which an appropriate arrangement of an electric motor and an inverter unit is easily achieved.[Solution]The work machine 3 includes a machine body frame, a first electric motor 41, a second electric motor 42, an inverter unit 43, a power transmission mechanism 35, and an oil tank 12. An axle 34 is mounted on the machine body frame. The first electric motor 41 generates power for driving the axle 34. The inverter unit 43 drives the first electric motor 41 by electric power supplied from the battery unit. The power transmission mechanism 35 transmits power generated by the first electric motor 41 to the axle 34. The second electric motor 42 drives the hydraulic pump 11 that feeds hydraulic oil to the hydraulic actuator. The oil tank 12 stores hydraulic oil. The first electric motor 41 is located between the second electric motor 42 and the oil tank 12 in a plan view. At least a part of the power transmission mechanism 35 is located between the first electric motor 41 and the inverter unit 43 in a plan view.
