Abstract

When a mobile apparatus, which has at least a subscriber identity for a first cellular network, another subscriber identity to a second cellular network and information on a geographical area of the second network, is attached to the first network and determines that it is within geographical area of a second network, it performs a decision to switch networks, and transmits information on the decision to a trusted platform entity. The trusted platform entity triggers, when the second network is online, path establishment between the networks, and when the path has been established, confirms the decision to the mobile apparatus, which then will attach to the second network.
