Abstract

Systems (160), methods (400), and other embodiments described herein relate to generating a time-sensitive network schedule for a time-sensitive network, TSN (100). In one embodiment, a method (400) includes receiving (410) a measured value of at least one environmental condition from at least one sensor (170). The method (400) includes determining (420) an impact of the measured value of the at least one environmental condition on at least one component of the TSN (100). The method (400) includes programming (430) a switching node (140) based on at least the determined impact. The TSN (100) includes a first end node (130A), a second end node (130B), and the switching node (140). The switching node (140) is communicatively linked between the first end node (130A) and the second end node (130B).
