Abstract
The embodiment relates to a power converter including a power semiconductor module and a power semiconductor module, and a method of manufacturing the same comprising an insulating substrate for a heat dissipation substrate, a heat dissipation substrate for a power semiconductor module, a power semiconductor module including a heat dissipation substrate. A heat dissipation substrate for a power semiconductor module according to an embodiment may include a first metal plate, an insulating substrate bonded to the first metal plate, and a second metal plate bonded to the insulating substrate. A first thickness of the first metal plate may be different from the second thickness of the second metal plate. The first thickness of the first metal plate may be thinner than the second thickness of the second metal plate. The first metal plate may comprise a circuit pattern electrically connected to a power semiconductor device, and the second metal plate may include a marked unique code.
