Abstract
An acyl phosphine oxide photoinitiator having an ether group, a hydroxy group or a tertiary amine group connected via a carbon chain of 1 to 3 carbon atoms to an amide group on the acyl group of a monoacyl phosphine oxide moiety. The use of the acyl phosphine oxide photoinitiator in photocurable compositions and UV curable inkjet inks is also disclosed.
