Abstract

Provided is a beverage outlet assembly (114) for a kitchen brewing vessel. The beverage outlet assembly comprises an outlet member (111) that delimits an orifice (112) through which a beverage brewed in the brewing vessel is deliverable. The outlet member has a flange portion (111A) and a neck portion (111B) that protrudes from the flange portion. The orifice extends between a first exterior opening delimited by the flange portion and a second exterior opening delimited by the neck portion so as to define an axial flow path for the beverage through the orifice. The orifice becomes increasingly narrower from the first exterior opening towards the second exterior opening. Also provided is a brewing vessel assembly, e.g. a portafilter, that comprises the beverage outlet assembly and the kitchen brewing vessel. Further provided is a beverage machine comprising the brewing vessel assembly and a liquid dispenser for dispensing liquid into the brewing vessel.
