Abstract

Disclosed is a fiber closure external cable clip (100, 200, 300) to be mounted on a port (102) of the fiber closure (104) comprises a petal region (106) configured to be detachably secured with the port (102) and an anchoring region (108) having one or more anchoring clamps (116) is structurally connected to the petal region (106). In particular, the optical fiber cable entering and/or exiting the fiber enclosure (104) is detachably secured to exactly one anchoring clamp of the one or more anchoring clamps (116), thereby restricting a radial movement of the optical fiber cable (130).
