Abstract

The invention relates to an arrangement (200) comprising a non-transvenous implantable cardioverter-defibrillator device (210) for stimulating a human or animal heart, the non-transvenous implantable cardioverter-defibrillator device (210) comprising a stimulation unit (270) for emitting stimulation pulses (140) externally to the heart; and a programming device (220) operatively coupled to the non-transvenous implantable cardioverter-defibrillator device (210); wherein the arrangement is capable to predict an expected time of occurrence of a future T wave (B<n>) by determining the future T wave (B<n>) on the basis of a function using first coefficients (a<i>), second coefficients (c<i>) and/or third coefficients (d<i>).
