Abstract
The present application relates to a carbon paste composition and a method of producing the same. The carbon paste composition comprises polyvinylcarbazole (PVK) and a tailored mixture of solvents. The PVK is used as a semiconducting binder replacing the conventionally used poly(vinyl acetate) found in commercial carbon-based pastes. This carbon paste composition is suitable for use in the preparation of perovskite solar cells or other types of organic electronics. This application also discloses a method to deposit the carbon paste composition in a perovskite solar cell.
