Abstract
A system for controlling a consumption of electrical energy is provided. The system comprises an electrical grid connection, at least one renewable energy generation device, at least one stationary electrical energy storage device, at least one thermal energy storage device, a heat pump, at least one forecast data source which is suitable to provide an electricity tariff forecast, at least one mobile electrical energy storage device being detachably connected to the system and a controller. The controller is configured to obtain information of the at least one forecast data source and is configured to control a charging and a discharging of the at least one stationary electrical energy storage device and of the at least one mobile electrical energy storage device based on information obtained from the at least one forecast data source. The system according to the invention allows minimization of operational costs, i.e. allows to reduce the cost of electricity for a building to which the system is connected.
