Abstract
The disclosure provides an emulsion including a solvent, a lipid component, an emulsifying agent having a hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) value in a range from about 3 to about 17, a lipophilic flavoring agent, and an active ingredient having a logP value in a range from about -0.5 to about 3.5. Further provided are compositions including such an emulsion and one or more fillers, pouched oral products including a pouch and the composition enclosed therein. Also provided are methods of preparing such emulsions, compositions, and pouched oral products.
