Abstract

The invention relates to a method of predicting an outcome of a subject having glioblastoma based on the expression level of one or more genes. The invention further describes methods for determining an optimal treatment strategy based on gene expression levels. In addition the invention provides an immune checkpoint inhibitor for use in the treatment of glioblastoma, the use comprising determining the outcome base on gene expression levels and providing the immune checkpoint inhibitor when a favorable response to treatment is predicted.
