Abstract

An axial flux motor structure includes a rotor and a stator, and the stator and the rotor are at least partially overlapped in an axial direction. The stator includes a soft magnetic material body, a plurality of conductor wires, a first housing and two insulating film layers. The soft magnetic material body has a plurality of slots. The conductor wires pass through the slots in the radial direction and has a plurality of inner diameter protrusions located in an internal space of the soft magnetic material body. The first housing is located in the internal space and surrounds the inner diameter protrusions. A fluid channel through the soft magnetic material body and connected to a fluid accommodating space.
