Abstract

The disclosure relates to a nose cone (160) for a vibrometry measurement system. The nose cone comprises a cone body (165) having a base portion (210) and a top portion (220); the top portion (220) comprising a plurality of ports (230, 332, 334) on a top surface (225), wherein at least one light guiding element (144) is coupled to at least one of the plurality of ports (230, 332, 334). A speaker duct (336) configured to transmit an acoustic stimulus from a speaker (152); and a microphone duct (338) configured to relay an acoustic pressure to a microphone (154). The invention further relates to a vibrometry measurement system and a method for manufacturing a nose cone.
