Abstract

The present disclosure discloses a processing process of a toilet lid containing coconut shells and wood flour, aiming to provide a processing process of a high-toughness high-resistance toilet lid formed by combination of coconut shells, wood flour, glass fibers or carbon fibers, a water-proofing agent and urea formaldehyde glue, through multiple screening and grinding and through addition of combined fiber materials. The key of the technical solution is that the coconut shells, the wood flour, the glass fibers or carbon fibers, the water-proofing agent and the urea formaldehyde glue are used, wherein the use of the coconut shells is intended to increase the rational utilization of resources, and the coconut shells are degradable materials. Furthermore, the addition of the fiber materials allows a mixed slurry formed by the coconut shells and the wood flour to have a binding strength brought by the fiber materials.
