Abstract

The present invention provides a molded product manufacturing method with which it is possible to suppress the formation of wrinkles in a workpiece. A manufacturing method comprising: a workpiece positioning step in which a workpiece is positioned on a forming die (10); a step in which a bag sheet is overlaid on the work piece positioned on the upper surface of the forming die from the upper surface of the work piece; and a step in which the space covered by the bag sheet is depressurized, wherein the workpiece is a sheet-like member having a surface greater than that of the upper surface of the forming die, and workpiece positioning step is executed in a state in which a compressible member for supporting a peripheral part of the workpiece is positioned at the periphery of the forming die.
