Abstract

Battery depletion can be avoided and the supply of grid power is stabilized while enhancing a renewable energy utilization rate. A charge/discharge planning apparatus: creates a renewable energy power generation amount fluctuation scenario with a changed power generation amount of renewable energy, and a grid power fluctuation scenario with a changed demand for grid power on the basis of at least one of weather forecast information and grid power demand prediction information; executes a simulation regarding each of the plurality of proposed charge/discharge plans under at least one of the renewable energy power generation amount fluctuation scenario and the grid power fluctuation scenario and calculates a charge/discharge plan evaluation value based on an execution result of the simulation regarding the plurality of proposed charge/discharge plans; and adopts any one charge/discharge plan from among the plurality of proposed charge/discharge plans on the basis of the calculated charge/discharge plan evaluation value so that a preset constraint condition will be satisfied.
