Abstract

A terminal (6) notifying information to the passenger of a vehicle is sent guide information at the time of transfer to fixed schedule transportation which the passenger is planning to ride. The guide information includes the guide information relating to action which the passenger can take at the time of transfer in accordance with the time difference (Δt) from when the vehicle arrives at the departure and arrival location of the fixed schedule transportation which the passenger is planning to ride until the fixed schedule transportation which the passenger is planning to ride departs.
