Abstract
The invention provides a method of verification of a web portal accessed by a terminal comprising a card communication interface arranged for communicating with a card storing card information, the card information being also stored in association with user identification data of the user by a trusted server, the method comprising: - in response to a user identification request received (209) from the web portal, transmitting (216), user identification data to the web portal; - upon reception (224), from the web portal, of a token, requesting (225), by the terminal, the user to allow communication between the card and the terminal; - after establishment (227) of a communication between the card and the terminal, transmitting (228), the token to the card for verification (230) based on the stored card information; - receiving (231) a verification result from the card; - displaying (232) the verification result.
