Abstract
The present disclosure provides a heating core, a heating tube, and a household appliance. The heating core includes a graphite film material having a heating region. The heating region includes a plurality of heating units connected in series, each of the plurality of heating units including a first section, a second section, a third section, and a fourth section that are connected in sequence. Two adjacent heating units of the plurality of heating units are connected by the first section of one heating unit and the fourth section of the other heating unit. The first section and the third section extend in a first direction, and the second section and the fourth section extend in a second direction. The second direction is an extension direction of the graphite film material and intersects the first direction. A width of the graphite film material is d<sub>0</sub>, and widths of the first section, the second section, the third section, and the fourth section are d<sub>1</sub>, d<sub>2</sub>, d<sub>3</sub>, and d<sub>4</sub> respectively, where 2%≤d<sub>i</sub>/d<sub>0</sub>≤20%, i being 1, 2, 3 or 4. By setting d<sub>i</sub>/d<sub>0</sub>≥2%, structural strength of the heating core is improved, and anti-drop performance of the heating core is ensured; and by setting d<sub>i</sub>/d<sub>0</sub>≤20%, a relatively low resistance which would otherwise result in an excessively high power density in the heating region of the graphite film material can be avoided, prolonging a service life of the heating core.
