Abstract
The present invention relates to an interface treatment method of a perovskite layer for improving the performance of a perovskite solar cell and a perovskite solar cell interface-treated by the method and, specifically, to an interface treatment method of a perovskite layer for improving the performance of a perovskite solar cell and a perovskite solar cell interface-treated by the method, whereby the degradation of solar cell performance can be prevented by removing surface defects from the perovskite layer as well as improving energy matching with an electron transport layer.
