A multi-functional bottle for delivering medicine and supplements, comprising: a first container, wherein the first container is configured to store a first liquid, the first liquid comprises one or more of water, beverage, and electrolyte solution; a second container, wherein the second container is configured to store a first substance, the first substance comprises one or more tablet, capsule, and softgel; a first outlet, wherein the first outlet is configured to deliver the first liquid; and a second outlet, wherein the second outlet is configured to deliver the first substance one unit at a time.
