Abstract
The invention covers a novel use of DHODH inhibitors for the treatment of cancer in a patient. In particular, there are provided agents and methods for use in the treatment of cancer wherein the level of functional activity of SMARCB1 in the cancer cells is used to determine whether the patient would benefit from treatment with an inhibitor of the DHODH enzyme.
