Abstract

A slot die, a slot die temperature control apparatus, and a slot die control method are provided. The slot die includes an upper die (110), a lower die (120) configured to form a gap with the upper die (110), a slurry supply unit (130, 131, 132) configured to be connected to an external slurry supply source, one or more cavities (140) formed in the lower die (120) and connected to the slurry supply unit (130, 131, 132), a slot (150) connected to the one or more cavities (140) to coat a slurry (1) on a base material. The slot die also includes a temperature sensor (170, 171, 172) configured to measure a temperature of the slurry (1) and a temperature controller (160) provided adjacent to the slot (150), with the temperature controller (160) configured to control a temperature of the slurry (1) discharged from the slot (150) based on the temperature measured by the temperature sensor (160).
