Abstract
The present invention relates to an article (1) with an improved deadfront-effect, comprising a deadfront-effect layer (3) which comprises a glass ceramic material with an Ilmenite solid solution as main crystal phase and a blue pigment. The invention also refers to methods of producing such article as well as suitable applications, especially for different home appliances or applications in vehicles.
