Abstract
The present invention provides, for example, a method for producing a (meth)acrylate compound which suppresses the polymerization of a starting material acrylic acid ester during synthesis and is capable of producing a more highly pure reaction product. The method for producing a (meth)acrylate compound according to the present invention comprises at least the step of performing transesterification reaction of spiroglycol and a (meth)acrylic acid ester in the presence of a polymerization inhibitor, wherein the polymerization inhibitor comprises an N-oxyl compound and a polymerization inhibitor having a boiling point of 246°C or lower.
