Abstract
The present invention relates to an anti-FGFR2b antibody and application thereof. Specifically, the present invention relates to a novel anti-FGFR2b antibody, a nucleic acid encoding the antibody, a vector and a host cell for expression and production thereof, an antibody-drug conjugate, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the antibody. Furthermore, the present invention relates to the use of the antibody in the diagnosis of an FGFR2b pathway dysregulation-related cancer, and the use of the antibody or antibody-drug conjugate in the treatment of an FGFR2b pathway dysregulation-related cancer.
