Abstract

The present invention provides a thermoplastic resin composition production method with which it is possible to reliably produce a thermoplastic resin composition having desired properties, as well as facilitate thermoplastic resin recycling and reduce the environmental load. The problem is solved by the following thermoplastic resin composition production method. Specifically provided is a thermoplastic resin composition production method at least including a mixing step for mixing a first thermoplastic resin that includes a structural unit (A) derived from a monomer represented by any one of general formulas (1a) - (1c), and a second thermoplastic resin that includes a structural unit (B) derived from a monomer represented by general formula (2), wherein the refractive index of the first thermoplastic resin is 1.650 or less, the refractive index of the second thermoplastic resin is 1.570 or more, and the refractive index of the thermoplastic resin composition is 1.550-1.700. <img class="EMIRef" id="0514db62-3875-4abf-9ac8-668d3a148247-ia01" /> <img class="EMIRef" id="0514db62-3875-4abf-9ac8-668d3a148247-ia02" /> <img class="EMIRef" id="0514db62-3875-4abf-9ac8-668d3a148247-ia03" /> <img class="EMIRef" id="0514db62-3875-4abf-9ac8-668d3a148247-ia04" />
