Abstract

Provided are: a method for acquiring a compound having an efficient molecular recognition ability; a method for identifying a sample using the compound thus acquired; and a trained model that enables the acquisition of a compound having an efficient molecular recognition ability. This method for acquiring a compound having a molecular recognition ability includes: a step A for bringing a target molecule into contact with a substrate on which candidate compounds are arranged in an array, and detecting an interaction signal between the candidate compounds and the target molecule; and a step B for predicting, on the basis of the interaction signal, a compound having a molecular recognition ability by machine learning.
