Abstract

Method for manufacturing a tissue paper web, the method comprising: - Providing a pulp comprising recycled textile fibers, the recycled textile fibers comprising a mixture of cotton fibers and at least one other type of textile fibers, the recycled textile having an average fibers length between 0,5 mm and 1,5 mm; - Disaggregating the pulp for forming an aqueous suspension comprising recycled textile fibers; - Dispersing the recycled textile fibers in the said aqueous suspension; - Injecting said aqueous suspension on a forming fabric; - Pressing said aqueous suspension for forming an intermediate tissue web with at least one layer comprising recycled textile fibers; - Drying and creping the intermediate web, for obtaining the said tissue paper web, wherein the recycled textile fibers content is at least 5% in mass.
